Star Crossed Enemies are Brian O’ Reilly and Gary White but, sadly, since recording this podcast they are no more. But the two guys still work together as part of Brian’s new project Bribry is Sky High and if you like what you see here you’ll be glad to know that the debut EP Swings from the new venture is currently being recorded at K Studios with Andy Knightley (Sinéad O’Connor, Le Galaxie). Started in April 2006 by Shimmy & Carlos Irie, GigEvent promotes live music in all it's glorious forms. Also under the same roof is Irie Ireland, dedicated to pushing Reggae music in Ireland, be it Roots, Dub, Dancehall or Ska.
Currently GigEvent is hosting a showcase every Sunday afternoon at Dublin venue "The Mezz" which is filmed for internet broadcast, and producing other music and comedy video podcasts for online media company mixtape.
