Dublin Monkey is an astonishing singer songwriter from Dublin, who can bring you through different genres in each song. He’s currently working on getting a definitive album done.
He’s a self-professed messer, and stole the name Dublin Monkey from his brother, but don’t let that fool you. When he is making music or performing he lets the music takes him over.

Started in April 2006 by Shimmy & Carlos Irie, GigEvent promotes live music in all it's glorious forms. Also under the same roof is Irie Ireland, dedicated to pushing Reggae music in Ireland, be it Roots, Dub, Dancehall or Ska.
Currently GigEvent is hosting a showcase every Sunday afternoon at Dublin venue "The Mezz" which is filmed for internet broadcast, and producing other music and comedy video podcasts for online media company mixtape.
